Hello my yogi friends

Just an update on classes

Last face to face class will be Tuesday November 9th 2021 at Stannington village hall 10am, we will resume on January 4th 2022, as usual.

I will be doing weekly zoom classes every

Monday morning 9.30-10.45
Wednesday morning 9-10.15

Until December 13th ( last one this year)

Cost is £5 per class if your not able to join us live you can request a recording to do it in your own time valid for 7 days.
All you need is to download the zoom app and send me your email address so I can send an invite to you the day before.

Zoom will be continuing throughout next year starting back Monday January 3rd 2022.

Welcome back my yogi friends!! I am looking forward to seeing you all after such a long spell🧘‍♀️

Some Face-to-face Yoga sessions will be starting W/C 24/05/21!

NOTE Tesco class not starting until July

NOTE Morpeth class not starting until end of June( date to be confirmed)

Our ZOOM Yoga classes will also continue throughout the year.

All classes are suitable for beginners and intermediates - New faces are always welcome!
