Seventeen years ago, I opened the doors to my first clinic in Jesmond—Oriental Health, That little clinic grew and blossomed into Natural Health and has given me so many years of deep, rewarding work. However, the time has come for me to gently close this chapter. That decision didn’t come lightly, but feels deeply right.
I’m choosing to follow a quieter, slower rhythm. One that gives me more space and freedom to work in a way that feels more in tune with what I want to offer my patients.
September, marked a new beginning working mainly from my Whitburn clinic, where sessions are spacious and deeply personalised—blending acupuncture, herbs, breathwork, and sound to meet you where you are. This change helps facilitate whole hour sessions in my beautiful cliff top clinic will all my tools at hand.
If you prefer to keep it simple that’s OK too.
For my clients who still wish to see me in person but can’t quite make it to Whitburn I will be offering sessions from the beautiful .wellness which has so many beautiful flexible spaces to work from.
🌿 I will still be offering online herbal consults, for my nation wide and international clients along with conscious connected breathwork, yoga and free group sessions on women’s health and fertility.
There are new seeds being planted—both in my medicinal garden and in the shape of my work. If you’d like to be part of what comes next, I’d love to hear from you.
