I recently went beyond my capacity.

I am human (even with my trainings i still can do too much)

I recovered in only a few days.
The difference > i didn't push through
I gave my body what it needed

Do you know the signs of when to slow down and recover?

Capacity isn't fixed. Life changes and sometimes we do too much.
The difference is knowing when to slow and and recover.

I don't have time to slow down. (Is what you are probably thinking)
But slowing down can be as simple as starting with 10 mins per day.

This is where i help.

My sat nav reminded me of an important lesson.
It added 20 minutes to a journey I do all the time.
Even with traffic, I knew it couldn’t be right.

So I trusted my experience, not the technology.

It made me realise how often I used to do the opposite.
I trusted data and devices over my own body.

My device said I slept well, even when I felt exhausted.

I hadn’t hit my step count, so I pushed myself when I needed rest.

The data said one thing.
My body said another.

Data is useful, but it doesn’t tell the whole story.

Behind the data is a human being
carrying stress, emotions, and mental load.

Stress reduction can’t happen
in an already overloaded system.

The data might say “you’re fine.”
The human might need support.

Use devices to track and support your goals, but don’t let them tell you how you feel.

Have you ever ignored your body because the data said “go”?

Everyone is reflecting on 2016, looking back 2016 was the year that brought me to where i am today.

2016 was the year i stopped waiting for change & i changed it. (With changes happening ever since).

I went Freelance (Big scary move that paid off)

I travelled the world alone (To the other side of the world)

I put myself & health first (Long covid and burnout led to leaving a career, home and city i loved and went back home)

I Retrained in Breathwork
*Multiple course to learn as much as i could.

Was it easy? No. Would i do it again 100%.
*Even the hard days make me who i am today.

Lets make 2026 the year that changed you.
❌ Lets make the change to stop living with constant stress and exhaustion.
✨ Change to a life of steady energy and days that feel manageable again. So you can focus on what really matters to you.

You might be thinking, “I don’t have time to add breathing to an already busy health routine.”
But the way you breathe is actually the foundation that supports every other healthy habit.

Functional breathing means adjusting your breathing patterns so they’re optimal for health, wellbeing, and performance. Slow, steady, quiet breathing improves oxygen efficiency, increases energy, and makes everyday activities (walking, exercising, digesting food, and sleeping), feel easier.

🥗 Healthy Eating
Fast, shallow breathing activates the stress response. When the body is in fight-or-flight, digestion slows down. Functional breathing reduces stress and helps restore healthy digestion and gut motility.

🚶 Daily Step Count
How do you breathe when you walk? Your breathing affects posture, reduces unnecessary tension, stabilises the core, and helps maintain a calm, steady pace with less fatigue.

🏋️ Exercise
Poor breathing can limit endurance, core stability, and recovery. Functional breathing improves oxygen delivery and carbon dioxide tolerance, delaying fatigue and supporting composure under physical stress.

😴 Sleep
A slower, natural breathing rate helps the body wind down at night. Adding simple breathwork to your evening routine supports deeper sleep, better recovery, and improved energy and mood the next day.

🫁You may think you don’t have time to check your breathing, but breathing patterns are the foundation of health.

"I feel stressed all the time"

This is what i said to my friend years ago.
I knew something wasn't right but had no idea what to do to support myself.

I started with CBT for stress and therapy which helped for a while but then it wasn't enough.

Something was missing.

Breathwork changed everything. Breathwork made changes in the mind & body at the same time.

Changing the breath
Signals to the brain, its safe to move out of fight/flight.

Finally
I could breath better, focus clearly and didn't feel stressed all of the time.

You might be thinking "i don't have time," but lets start with 10mins per day.
Dm me: "Stressed" to feel calmer, focused and ready for the day in just a few weeks.

Wellbeing at work Client Testimonial

Often wellbeing can be another task on the to do list, but not in my sessions.

In this session my clients learnt:
*Techniques to reduce stress and overwhelm in the moment
*How your breath can actually keep you in a constant level of stress.
*Techniques to sleep better.

Then before the session ended we had some fun, to bring back energy for the rest of the working day and the staff went back to work with smiles on their faces.

Wellbeing doesn't have to be another to do, we can learn but also have some fun on the way, by adding fun we release pressure, create social bonds and the nervous system can relax and release stress.

Benefits to your business can include;
*Create staff connection and bonding.
*Boost productivity
*Improved focus, better decision making
*Sustained energy and improved motivation
*Improved collaboration and morale.
