What an absolute joy to welcome my first clients into the new space today ❤️❤️

I’ve been meaning to finish a little video to reveal it to you all… but truth be told, I’ve been back-to-back with lovely clients all day and that’s exactly how I want it to be! Helping people through this wonderful therapy is what it’s all about.

I have two evening sessions available in Prudhoe on Monday and then my diary is fully booked untill the final week in November (sessions available in Chopwell that week) 😊

Sorry I’ve been a little quiet since getting back from Brighton, I’ve had a busy time celebrating my little girl’s birthday! 🥳

A lot of you know that my Craniosacral Therapy journey began with her. As a baby, she really struggled with silent reflux. CST was our last-ditch attempt to help her before moving toward a surgical route… and it worked!

To be honest, I don’t remember much of her first year (we were all in survival mode). Maybe that’s why her birthdays always feel like they come around too soon?

I’m so grateful for my little sunshine and the kind, clever, funny (!) little girl she’s growing into. ❤️

I’m really excited to be offering Craniosacral Therapy in this beautiful, accessible space. It’s a great option for anyone who finds the stairs at Chopwell tricky but sessions are open to everyone!
