🎄 Christmas has arrived in my home — it’s cozy, twinkly, and covered in mismatched decorations that are full of sentiment and meaning ❤️ Just how we like it!

But did you know that I’ll be intentionally keeping the treatment room a Christmas-free zone?

For many, Christmas is joyful… but for others, it can be overwhelming, emotionally heavy, or simply “a lot.”
All year round I work to make sure the treatment room is a consistent, neutral, and safe space for anyone who walks through the door — and that doesn’t change just because it’s December.

You’re always welcome exactly as you are. ✨
