Another 5* review from one of my lovely Dads to be! What a brilliant group of parents to be this was, such a warm atmosphere and we had a great laugh together every week. Antenatal classes don’t have to be boring and stuffy….. mine certainly aren’t !

It always surprises me how many hours people spend researching car seats, pushchairs, and cots when they are pregnant….. yet when it comes to antenatal education they follow a few Instagram or tik tok accounts and hope for the best.

Investing in a quality antenatal course will genuinely be one of the best decisions you can make in your pregnancy. A course that leaves you feeling confident, educated and empowered about what’s ahead. A leader who will support you though the highs and lows of pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenting. A community that will have your back through every stage, replying to your 3 am WhatsApp messages and holding your hand through the challenges that parenting and sleep deprivation can throw at you, and celebrating your wins along the way.

It makes me so proud that so many midwives speak so highly of my classes and the education and support I offer. I know that so many people choose antenatal courses that don’t give them the education, experience, knowledge and support that they deserve. Birth refresher workshops are designed for those who have given birth before and would like some education and support going into labour and birth again. I absolutely love delivering these sessions, they are so supportive and open up lots of really interesting conversations about past birth experiences, navigating the maternity services, choice and control.

The feedback from clients is amazing and I’m looking forward to running more of these sessions throughout this year!

It has never been more important to be educated, informed and empowered approaching the birth of your baby. My award winning, midwife led antenatal classes will provide you with the knowledge and confidence you need to navigate the maternity system, know your options, and prepare you to welcome your baby into the world. The course covers all things labour and birth, alongside a wealth of knowledge on all things baby (feeding, bathing, nappy changes, sleep deprivation, visitors, emotional and mental well being). This course literally has it all!
