Pinnacle Cares are recruiting full-time and part-time Support Workers in North Tyneside to support people to live independently at home.
We operate 7 days a week from 7am until 10pm and have full and part-time positions available for drivers and non-drivers.
We value our staff and want staff to be supported and motivated when helping those we support. We believe that a healthy work-life balance is key to achieving this, which is why our team have every other weekend off and 3 days off one week and 4 days off the next.
Our staff have a fulfilling experience working for us and we see training as a part of this. We offer a fully paid Induction and ongoing training to help to make the most of your skills and abilities.
If you have a specific training schedule or training course to complete, we will support you with this. We also offer Diplomas in Health and Social Care including Levels 2, 3 and 5.
