Most cases of upper-body soreness that we see (and there's many) are linked to poor posture. Fortunately, massage, an active lifestyle and stretching exercises can combine to restore correct posture. The goal is to align the spine (check the green lady), with the neck directly supporting the head, the head over the shoulders and the shoulders over the hips. Keep a relaxed stance and retain the natural curves of the spine. This all takes time but well worth it.
