Chicken and gucamole Wrap! Quick and easy, makes a ideal lunch!
385g Chicken breast ( use kidney beans for a vegatarian option)
1 large avocardo
1 Small finely diced red onion
1 Diced tomato
1 Finely chopped green chilli
60g Chopped corrander
Juice of 1 lime
Paprika
2-3 Wholemeal wraps
Grated cheese ( optional)
