My name is Theresa and I am thrilled you have chosen to 'like' my page. I am a Certified Facilitator of Access Bars, Facelift & Body Processes and use the tools of Access Consciousness® in my life and business. As an Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Seichem Master Teacher. I find the energies of Reiki and the tolls of Access Consciousness® compliment my holistic practice perfectly. I am a member of Reiki and Seichem Association and the 'International Institute of Complementary Therapists' I'm also fully insured with Balens to carry out a variety of relaxing and therapeutic treatments. Combining conventional and complimentary therapies is the perfect way to relax the mind, renew the body and restore the soul in order to assist you to acheive perfect balance and harmony. I work from my therapy centre at Barmoor, Ryton, Gateshead but I also offer a mobile service so can offer you treatments in the comfort and privacy of your own home or place of work at a time convenient to you. I have been vetted by the DBS and am insured to practice, therefore I can also provide treatments in residential/care homes and hospitals.*subject to GP approval* I am qualified to work and support individuals with learning disabilities, dementia and the elderly, including people who are receiving end of life care. The theme for this year is that there is for online abuse. Online and digital spaces should empower women and girls. Yet every day, for millions of women and girls, the digital world has become a minefield of harassment, abuse, and control. Perpetrators must be held accountable for their actions; even when online.

November 25th also coincides with White Ribbon Day in the UK. White Ribbon also aims to prevent violence against women and girls by addressing its root causes. ADHD is so much more than being “easily distracted” or “hyper.” It’s a different way of thinking, feeling, and processing the world, one that can bring incredible creativity, energy, and intuition, but also challenges with focus, overwhelm, and emotional regulation.

Awareness isn’t about labels, it’s about understanding.
When we begin to understand ADHD, we open the door to compassion for ourselves, our children, our partners, and those around us.
