We’re seeing a high number of people locally with sore throats and sinus symptoms as winter bugs continue to circulate. Cold weather, more time indoors, and seasonal viruses can all take their toll on your sinuses and throat.

Some of the symptoms of a urinary tract infection (UTI) may include:
-pain or a burning sensation when p*eing (dysuria)
-needing to p*e more often than usual
-needing to p*e more often than usual during the night (nocturia)
-needing to p*e suddenly or more urgently than usual
-p*e that looks cloudy

Your p*e may also be dark or smell. If this is your only symptom, it might be because you've not been drinking enough water.
