Join us for the Try a Little Kindness Concert on Tuesday 17th March at 7.30pm in the beautiful Millbrook Lodge Hotel. It promises to be a wonderful evening of music, community and kindness in support of MYMY.

Don’t forget you can also purchase raffle tickets for a Sheeran by Lowden guitar. The draw will take place on the evening.

Tickets for the raffle and the concert are available in the MYMY charity shop 28-32 Main Street Newcastle.

Cruse Bereavement Support is holding an Understanding Your Bereavement session for those in the Lisburn area who are struggling with grief on Tuesday 3rd March 6pm - 7.30pm in Lagan Valley Island - Oak Room, Civic Headquarters, Lisburn.

Registrations are now open for Tai Chi Classes here at MYMY.

Inspire Wellbeing coaches will be offering Tai Chi classes on Thursday 5th March, Thursday 19th March and Thursday 2nd April at 12pm -1 pm in MYMY training room, 28-32 Main Street Newcastle, BT33 0AD.

Tai Chi also known as Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art that originated in China. It was initially developed for self-defence and combat, it has evolved into a popular form of exercise and meditation. Practitioners perform a series of gentle, deliberate movements while focusing on their breath, which promotes relaxation and mental clarity.

Tickets are now available for the Try a Little Kindness Concert organised by Mona Owen’s (nee McGrady) on 17th March 2026 @ 7.30pm in the Millbrook Lodge Hotel Ballynahinch.

Join us for a night of music and dancing from local artists and dancers. There will also be a raffle on the evening for a Sheeran by Lowden Guitar kindly donated by George Lowden.
