We had blue skies, a light sea breeze and waves crashing onto the shore as the soundtrack for a brilliant class.

This is our last week of Sally teaching classes in our studio before she sails off across the Irish Sea to start teaching in London.

Ever since Sally has come onboard she’s brought an amazing energy to the studio and we’ve all learnt a thing or two about yachts.

Newcastle’s loss is London’s gain and we can’t wait to see all the amazing studios Sally will end up teaching in.

Our first MAMA MVMNT class at the was a big success 🤍

It feels like a real full-circle moment for us. Before opening our Pilates studio, Izzy travelled across the Mourne area teaching classes in halls, schools, and community centres — and now we’re right back where it all began, doing what we love, with our community.

We absolutely love the studio we’ve built over the last six years but The NCC is the perfect home for MAMA MVMNT: fully buggy-accessible, with plenty of space for little ones to stretch, crawl, and move freely. Creating a welcoming, inclusive space where mums can move, connect, and feel supported is exactly what this class is all about ✨

INTRODUCING MAMA MVMNT.

This uplifting postnatal Pilates class is here to support you as you begin moving again after birth. We’ll gently rebuild your core and pelvic floor, ease postnatal aches, and help you feel more at home in your body.

✨ Expect:
• Supportive and safe strengthening
• Gentle toning and mobility
• A calm space where babies are welcome
• Time to connect with other local mums

👶 Babies are always welcome — feed, change, cuddle whenever needed.

🐣 You can join from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8 weeks post C-section (with GP clearance).
