Finally I have restarted today after being pretty bad for 18months to 2 years. I have decided enough is enough. I lost 8 stones originally in 6 months. Unfortunately I went in a downwards spiral after that and now need to fix the mess I have made. I need to retake control. Am I ready? No probably not but I will keep trying and get in the zone. I have never felt as good as I do when I’m on the diet and feel pretty rubbish right now. How am I going to stop feeling this way? By taking action, that’s how!
I am going to do a 100 day challenge to see how much I can lose from now today the 20th Jan 2023 in just 100 days.
What’s my target?
They always say to make it realistic so you don’t feel deflated if you don’t reach it but I also want to push myself 0 cheating. So I want 5 stones in that 100 days. On this diet yes it’s doable but only just so if it’s a little less I won’t beat myself up but I know I will feel the benefits.
I will fight back against my mind and control those urges. I will win. I’m betting on myself.
