Sports Therapist & Recovery Specialist

Abby brings together hands-on experience, clinical knowledge, and a true passion for movement. With a background in competitive athletics and top-level qualifications (including a degree in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage from Cardiff Met and a Level 5 in Sports Massage Therapy), Abby is dedicated to helping every client move with confidence.

✨ Dry Needling at The Therapy Barn ✨

Dry needling is a powerful treatment that uses fine needles to target tight muscles and trigger points - helping to relieve pain, reduce tension, and restore movement. It can be especially effective for stubborn niggles that don’t shift with massage alone.

This is a speciality service here at the clinic, delivered by our Sports Therapist Erica, who is fully qualified and experienced in advanced needling techniques.
