Ahhh I loved this from Disney’s new movie Luca - such a lovely applicable way for children to learn about that voice in their heads that may be holding them back. What did you think if you have seen it?

Wow, it has been a while hasn’t it? I hope you all have been well. It has been a wild few weeks but your girl turned in her final manuscript for her book!!! The journey there was quite difficult and I’ve been exhausted these past few weeks with my last bits of creativity squeezed into my manuscript…but we’re here! My husband and I watched “Luca” and this our favorite line from the movie. “Silencio, Bruno!” A silencing to the voice that tells us we can’t do something…and man did I need to silence a lot of Brunos these past few weeks. Hope you all have a great weekend! And here’s to more wonder doodles to come!

I would love to help you work through anything that you feel you would like some help with. I offer a type of counselling called person-centred counselling - this means that I believe that you are the expert on your own life and I am here to provide you with the conditions and environment you need to achieve what you wish too. I have worked with many different people from all ages, backgrounds and with many different and varying issues. I am currently offering sessions via Zoom video calling and by telephone during COVID.
