I’m shaking up the structure of The Ele Bond Courses a little. I will now be offering rolling classes for Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. There will be the option to pay as you join in, as and when suits you and your baby. If you would prefer, you can still book a 4 week block for a discounted rate or pay as you come if that suits you better. I will still follow my carefully planned routines but with more flexibility for you.

Just to note, my classes will now be held at Rudford & Highleadon Village Hall, Buttermilk Lane, Rudford, GL2 8DY

Free on a Thursday morning? 1, 2 or 3 babies to keep happy? In need of a welcoming, safe and please get me another hot drink space? My new Babble and Bond classes are all that. A space for you to bond with other parents over your long nights, teething tales, tummy troubles and toddler moments. I’ll make it my priority for you to have a hot drink before it gets cold or a homemade iced tea if you’d prefer. And of course home made cake!

I am no play expert but there will be play stations set up for all ages with their learning and development in mind. A space where they can safely and independently play or bond with you over a sensory tray.

Starting next Thursday, 8th February. £6 / child and £3 for a sibling. Comment or DM me if you’d like to book your space. Numbers will be limited as I’d like the space to still feel calm and not too overwhelming. I cant wait to see you there.

Sophie sent me this lovely message on Friday after our first baby yoga class. Sophie and Alfie first did a full massage course and now I am lucky enough to see them every Friday again for yoga. It’s just so special and amazing to watch their little ones grow transform over the weeks. Thank you lovely Soph 🙏🏼

2024! Not quite sure how that happened! Happy New Year to all you lovely people following along. I wanted to reintroduce myself and the regular courses I will be offering this year.

I am Jess, the face behind The Ele Bond. It feels amazing to have been able to support and hold loving, calming space for so many mums and babies in 2023. I am really excited for what 2024 will bring. I am adding some more days to my schedule, which I will be releasing soon. I will also be launching some more courses - Toddler Yoga, which I am extra excited about and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for all parents post birth, and for anyone, parent or not, needing a guiding hand through challenging times. You also don’t have to be struggling mentally to find huge benefits in this type of therapy.

A sweet little person also loves mum’s homemade iced tea. He spots it when he comes to hang out with me after my classes. My mum makes it fresh for me on the morning of every class. It is delicious and so refreshing.

Its my baby boy’s birthday today. This little boy is a miracle and a gift from God. Our family is feeling increadibly grateful today for the blessing we have in our lives. I thought I could share this love a little further with you.

I will be giving away a 5 week baby massage and 4 week baby yoga course both starting next Friday 1st December. I will draw the names of the lucky mums and babies on Sunday which is my baby girl’s birthday too.

Dad and Me While Mum Has Tea 🫖

Now doesn’t that sound dreamy mumas?

I am running this workshop in the coziest little venue, ‘The Nest’ in Ledbury. The workshop includes:
🎄 A time and space for our lovely dads to connect with their babies. They will spend a beautiful hour learning a massage routine that they can take home to use for precious bonding time they often dont get if they are working dads.
🎄 While dad does this, mums, you will get a rare opportunity to enjoy a hot drink and yummy treat while watching the massage class.
🎄 We will get crafty and make a beautiful Christmas baby keepsake
🎄 There will also be time at the end for you both to connect with other parents, more coffee, ask me any questions related to baby massage / baby yoga, infant and post natal mental health and enjoy the farmshop set in the rolling herefordshire countryside
🎄There will be opportunities for priceless family photos
🌲 A bottle of organic massage oil will be supplied for you to use and take home
🎄Hot drinks, homemade iced tea, and tasty treats will be ready and waiting

Friday is 100% my favourite day of the week. My special baby massage class in the morning with the most divine mums and babies, precious 1:1 time with my baby boy afterwards, just playing with the toys, chatting and making lunch together, and then in the afternoon hanging with my baby girl for quiet time before my amazing husband takes the babies swimming and I get a gym class in at our leisure centre. Doesnt get better than that. Appreciating what I have today 🙏🏼

I miss Beth and her special boys so much. This little group of mums clicked beautifully and are all getting together next month for a coffee catch up.

This is what my work is all about. The genuine difference I try to make to these mumas lives and to create little support communities where they ‘just belong’, no judgement, just pure belonging
