Ben Griffiths - Coaching

Ben Griffiths - Coaching Health Coach and Tennis Coach I believe that the best way to do this is through living by example.

Hi I'm Ben, the founder of Focused Health

My mission is simple: to help people lead a healthier life, by empowering the individual in becoming the best version of themselves. The second most effective way is through Coaching, and that’s where Health Coaching comes in. I will help anyone who is willing to accept responsibility for taking on ownership of their own Health and well-being and making this a priority. Like any good relationship I believe in honesty, integrity and a willingness to accept change is at the forefront of a good coaching relationship. I offer a health coaching service, which provides education, information and all-importantly accountability to any individual who wishes to take part. What is a health coach?
“A health coach is someone trained in behaviour change, who primarily uses motivational interviewing to help patients see their ability and to make lasting change. Health coaching gets to the heart of what providing good health care is about: acceptance, partnership, compassion, and helping people feel respected and understood”.

“We help people take big goals and break them down into accessible, bite-size pieces — not by telling clients what to do but by helping clients figure out what will work for them”. Changing your diet and lifestyle isn’t an easy task to accomplish—even when there’s a good reason to do so. That’s because achieving real, long lasting behaviour change isn’t a simple matter of acquiring new info. It’s a complex process that requires motivation, accountability, empowerment, and support—and that’s where I come in. I have 11 years of Coaching Experience plus a Level 5 diploma in Integrative Health and Nutritional Therapy, and am ready to use my experience & know-how in this field to help you make a long lasting change.
