❗PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORK AT RAGSDALE HOUSE❗

We would like to advise that should you have an appointment at Ragsdale House, Woodville, on Wednesday 15 April and Thursday 16 April 2026, there will be several temporary changes due to work being carried out in the reception and admin office areas.

These adjustments are essential to ensure patient safety, maintain service continuity, and to also allow contractors to complete the work efficiently.

Please Note:

• Contractors will be onsite, the morning of Wednesday 15 April 2026, with an anticipated completion date of Thursday 16 April 2026.

• A temporary patient entrance/exit will be in use to the rear of the property.

• Signage and directional arrows will be displayed to guide patients safely.

• Reception will operate from a temporary setup located in the 'vaccination room' near to the temporary entrance/exit.

• Patient flow will be reduced slightly for phlebotomy on Thursday 16 April.

• The 'vaccination room' will be used as a temporary waiting room and will be screened for privacy.

• When Patients receive their appointment reminder message, it will also state the use of the temporary entrance.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience during this time.
