Our Story
Hi I’m Sarah Baxter- Owner of Sarah Baxter Therapies- Wife, Mum to our 4 year old son, and an Independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador.
I’ve had a varied career to date. Having qualified from Preston College in 2005, I moved to Staffordshire to work as a Senior therapist at Hoar Cross Hall Spa Resort, during my time there I did training with many product brands inc Elemis & Clarins. I left Hoar Cross in 2008 and went on to join the National Sales Development team with Clarins, visiting flagship stores such as John Lewis, Harvey Nics and Selfridges to help drive there sales and team enthusiasm. I left Clarins to join the International Institute for Anti Ageing (IIAA) in 2010 as a Skin Analyst and a covering Area Manager then joined ESPA International as Regional Manager in 2012, up until going on maternity leave to have my son in 2015.
I have loved every one of my roles to date, but nothing is more satisfying than owning my own Holistic therapy business which will be 4yrs old in August 2020. I’ve gained so many loyal clients many of which have also become friends. I am really passionate about what I use on my own skin as well as my clients, so I use all natural products. I’ve always looked for results driven brands but many are filled with parabens and microbeads. When I came across Tropic Skincare it ticked all the boxes with everything me and my business stand for; 100% vegan, cruelty free, natural and organic. Also using powerful ingredients to target common skin concerns such and ageing, acne and pigmentation.
They are also a very ethical and environmentally friendly company which is not only carbon neutral but carbon negative. They use only sustainable ingredients from the Tropics, offer refillable and eco friendly packaging and also do a return on empty packaging scheme.
