There's a change in the way Spirit speaks.
And if you've been feeling it, you're not imagining.🌈😇

This isn't just "your loved one says they're okay."
Spirit is no longer just about comforting.
They're activating....
They're awakening....
They're re-positioning us to remember who we are, and why we came here now.

Spirit isn't speaking to pain loops anymore.
They're nudging people out of them.
Their messages carry medicine for the next chapter, not the last one.
This work isn't about the wound anymore.
It's about working and healing what's beyond it.

Some souls that come through aren't just "missed loved ones."
They're interdimensional.

🍃 We’re so quick to call ourselves broken.
But what if nothing in you is broken at all?
What if anxiety, grief, overthinking, sensitivity, anger… were not flaws to fix, but spirits you carry?

This carousel was inspired by a video I saw a few weeks ago (ripples of truth travel far 🌊). It spoke so deeply to me, I had to create my own version, to remind us all to speak differently about ourselves.

The fact they can't look away is proof enough of your power.

They're not proof of your lack, they're evidence of your impact.

People pleasing isn't a love language, it's survival. 🔥

It's the armor we built when rejection, abandonment, and unworthiness cut too deep.
We over-shared, over-gave, over-extended... hoping they'd see us, like us, love us.

But here's the truth......
The ones we tried to convince were never capable of seeing us anyway.
That's why it always ended in disappointment, in the echo of "what did I do wrong?"

The cycle breaks when we stop performing for those who will never choose us.....
and start standing fully in the power of choosing ourselves.

Self-abandonment ends where self-honoring begins. 🦋

Trauma shows you how to survive. 🌹

Healing asks you to live.
And that shift feels terrifying, because survival once felt safer than freedom.

Why?
Because survival is familiar.
It teaches you to expect the worst.
To stay small.
To carry pain like it's armour.
It convinces you that freedom is dangerous, because if you stop bracing, you might get hurt again.

That's why so many of us build our identity around pain, it feels predictable, even protective.

But here's the truth....
You are NOT your wounds.
You are NOT your survival.
You are the soul who walked through fire and still chose to rise.

Healing isn't about erasing what hurt you.
It's about reclaiming the you that pain could never destroy.
Survival kept you alive. ✨

Welcoming the " BER" Months 🍂

It happens every year how we always find beauty in the changes.
We celebrate every season they move through, never questioning, never rushing them.

But when it comes to ourselves, we don't always give that same grace.
We resist our own seasons.
We doubt the beauty of our transformation.

September reminds us:
if we can honour the trees in every stage, we can learn to honour ourselves the same way, which to me is just so magical.🍁🍂

So many are feeling it right now...

The ache of being meant for more, but not knowing how to unlock it.
That torn place between survival and soul, where even the thought of loosening the old feels exposing.

✨The truth: The in-between is the collapse of
the false self.
It's the dismantling of every survival pattern that kept you caged.
It's the moment your nervous system screams for the old rush, but your soul whispers: "not anymore."
It's the rewiring point where fear is asked to soften into faith.
Where the cage of survival begins to crack, so your soul can finally breathe.
If you feel the ache.... Please don't numb it.
It isn't weakness.
It's proof you're being prepared to step through the door into freedom. 🌙

✨When Spirit Keeps a Promise ✨

A couple of days ago, I was planning my healing session with a client. I was drawn to 2 types of flowers, The yellow rose & Sunflowers...
generally, I am normally drawn to just the one!
But I couldn't stop being drawn to the Sunflowers! Although, I felt I needed to work with the Yellow roses!
So, after my session ended, I settled for the evening and all of a sudden my throat felt tight, chest heavy, like I couldn't breathe. I felt like I had something stuck in my lung! BUT then I realised it was Spirit pressing in.

I was pulled so strongly to sunflowers in my lounge again! that I couldn't ignore it. I followed the nudge... and it led me straight to someone who needed that sign.
🌻The mum in spirit passed away due to tumours in her lungs.
🌻They were chosen for her funeral.
🌻And her mum had promised she would send a sign when she passed.
🌻Messages came through, which she
validated.

It was her mum's wedding anniversary.
And her daughter’s birthday is this Sunday. 🦋
The look on her loved one's face when they realised it was her... the way the family lit up hearing the story... that was the healing.

Most people are skeptics, until someone they love passes. Grief softens the edges, opens the heart, and whispers, "Is there more?" That's when Spirit steps in. Through feathers. Birds.
Music. Smells. Flowers. The little things that are never really little.
And when they say they'll come back.... they always do.
Mediumship is love refusing to be silenced.
It's the bridge between worlds, where presence becomes promise kept, and memory becomes message.
Where Spirit finds their way back through, reminding us that love never leaves. 🌻✨

I wanted to share this, because spirit move in the most beautiful & spontaneous ways. Presence is so important, because sometimes we don't always see what is being sent to us! 💛
