Some of you know that I’ve started training in the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra 💤 🥰
It’s a guided mediation to access the space between awake and asleep. Where you slip in and out of awareness and everything goes a bit echoey.
In this liminal space the body and mind rest deeply. 20 mins of Yoga Nidra is thought to provide as much rest to the brain as 2 hours of sleep!
And the best bit…. All you have to do is lie or sit down and get cosy!
