Ouch! But very true!!! Who we are now and where we find ourselves today is the accumulation of all that has happened to us, the choices we’ve made, the decisions we’ve made. Hindsight is wonderful and allows us to look back and see with a new clarity and begin to process how our lives have unfolded. If you’re serious about breaking free of the past and making better choices then the counselling room is a good place to start….

Sometimes we just don’t feel good or we are too much in our heads ruminating and spiralling. Shifting out of this is challenging. One way is to focus on something that causes the world to roll away - you can’t think about 2 different things at the same time! This did it for me this morning!
