16 year old Brambles came for her first physio session today. She only has one hindlimb and her owner noticed that recently she has struggled a bit with her mobility. She was such a good girl today after checking out the view from the chair she happily settled down for some soft tissue and 3b laser therapy 🥰 🐈

After what has been a bit of a slog I have passed my Level 3 Certificate in Hydrotherapy and am very excited to be able to provide both physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to achieve the best outcome for each individual dog.

RAISE MY FOOD BOWL!!!! Why🤔
Dogs with balance problems and arthritis really struggle to stay in the position required to eat - it’s effectively a press up position!
You can see how hunched the dog is at breakfast and how relaxed he is eating from a height.
It’s a cheap easy way to take pressure off our arthritic pets. It makes a big difference with little effort. 🫶👐

I have been seeing Humphrey for physiotherapy after he suffered an intervertebral disc extrusion of the thoracic vertebrae which left him unable to walk. He has had physio for the last 4 weeks twice weekly and today we started hydrotherapy to help Humphrey to strengthen his hind limbs and help with his gait patterning. He was such a good boy and is making promising progress.
