These are some of the tools I use in my sports massage practice to help you recover faster and move better!
Massage Gun: Quick, targeted vibration therapy to warm up muscles before going in for deeper work
Blades (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization or IASTM): Precision tools to scrape and smooth out scar tissue and fascia restrictions. Helps improve range of motion and reduce chronic pain.
Cupping: Creates suction to lift and separate layers of tissue. This increases blood flow, promotes lymphatic drainage, and can seriously speed up recovery by releasing deep-seated tightness.
