Super proud of Heidi Dalby and her journey at Red Lodge Nutrition 💚

Wow Heidi Dalby what an amazing first review you've had in club!

Heidi visited us in club at one of our OPEN events just over 2 weeks ago!
Had a wellness evaluation with her coach Siobhan Mahony and set some goals!

She wanted to lose weight, have a bit more energy and just "feel better"!!

Well 10visits into being in club and she is loving it!
