🧭 🗺 🌏 A huge thank you to Wilf from the Veterans Community Network, for coming and speaking to some of our ex- service men and women this morning ✈️ 🚢

The aim of Veterans Community Network is to support Veterans, Reservists and their families in accessing the treatment and support services to help cope, adjust and manage situations. They do this through their network of trained Veteran Peer Mentors, and a range of social activities in both the community and within care homes 🌟

In the afternoon it was time for a little exercise, so we played bat the balloon or try to get it in the basket.. Great fun had by all!....🎈😁

We paused to think, we smile and say, "We will remember them always, especially today". With love and care, both old and new, we honour those brave, so courageous and true 🥀
