A repost but an important one ! Seriously just don’t.....
There are some great sources of information out there! My feed 😉 the NHS website, evidence based birth, the aims site. There are so many to name but please don't go randomly googling stuff.
Get yourself a good birth education
Some of the many down sides to randomly googling
🌻You will more than likely find some thing you don’t want to read
🌻Mis information however well meaning can have a very real effect on you and your birth.
🌻It doesn’t matter how many times you Google signs of labour it won’t happen any sooner and no craving jelly or seeing a double rainbow isn’t a sign of labour!
🌻If you Google something enough you will find the answer you don’t want.
Basically it’s just not worth the stress.
Our courses start with a fear release element and then move through full antenatal units with the all important Hypnobirthing throughout. That’s why we call it antenatal+plus Hypnobirthing.
And so you know the information you are getting is correct, the training courses that I have attended to be a Hypnobirthing teacher have all been royal collage of midwives accredited ✅
