You have tried to cut down, you have tried dieting, you have tried everything you can think of and you are beginning to really lose hope that you will ever be able to say no to sweet food. 😔

Hypnosis can be a very powerful tool to help you with those habits and regain control over them whilst reducing food noise. 👏

I ran a webinar a week ago with some useful and insightful information, including a mini hypnosis during the session, to help the ladies reframe their thoughts around sugar and to help lock in those thoughts. There was also a free EFT script and video as well as a workbook to help you get clear on your sugar personality type and what exactly your own habits are. 😊

That webinar is now available on my website along with all of the free resources that came with it. There is also a longer hypnosis available to buy which you can listen to to really help reframe those thoughts. 🧠

It takes a lifetime to form these habits so remember change may not happen overnight but it is possible. There may be other issues such as emotional attachments to the foods which may need to be addressed to allow you to fully embrace the changes. ❤️

Do you eat mindfully or do you eat with your emotions? 🤷‍♀️

If you pay attention to when you want to eat and ask yourself why you are eating then you are being mindful, if you just grab something every time your body calls for it then you are probably emotionally eating or a sugar addict looking for that next hit. 🙈

Don't worry it's nothing to be ashamed of and there are usually some deep rooted beliefs behind it. I find it so fascinating and that's why I am training in hypnosis so I can better equip myself to help people with these issues. I've been there, I know what it's like to just eat for the sake of eating, to eat when you aren't even hungry, to just have some food in your hand, to give in to those sugar cravings - it's awful, you feel guilty, shameful and depressed at times.i even used to hide my eating from my family. 😔

I'm back from the Celebrating Women in business 'Inspire' event last night 😊

It had 4 wonderful speakers as well as good food and company 😀

I was also presented with a lovely little award by the lovely hostess Sarah for being a great supporter and always being in the background cheering her on.
That meant a huge amount to me, as that's what I always hope to do for each and every person whose lives I touch.
I will always be the one trying to cheer you on, the one to try and inspire you and I truly hope I can achieve that and show you just how great you can be.🎉

Sarah gave a beautiful speech last night about her mum, who has sadly passed away, and how we only get one life so we have to go out there and live it as much as we can.🙏
