With the festive season approaching, I wanted to remind you that a deposit is needed to secure your Christmas appointments. A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all treatments before the 1st of December to secure your bookings.

It’s a crazy time of month for us and we want it to run as smoothly as possible 🙌🏼

I’d like to take a moment to address some concerns that have been circulating regarding my commute between Newcastle and the salon. I want to assure you all that the salon will always remain open 💫

Even though I have reduced a few working days throughout the month, I am fully committed to my clients and will continue to do so. During the time I'm away as you’re all aware Jess manages the salon, ensuring you receive the same exceptional service you've always received and I couldn’t be more proud of her 🩷

I understand that by me commuting back and forth has lead to some speculation but I want to emphasize that I love my salon, clients and of course my Jess so I’m not going anywhere 🤪
