We’re on the hunt for talented chefs — full-time, part-time, permanent, and seasonal — to join our growing team at The Crab & Lobster, Bembridge, in collaboration with The Hungry Bear.

This is your chance to go on a journey with the Bear himself — working side by side to continue developing and improving one of the Island’s most exciting coastal pubs.

We’re looking for either:
👨‍🍳 Experienced chefs with strong kitchen backgrounds who know how to deliver consistency and quality, or
🔥 Hungry, up-and-coming chefs with fire in their belly and the drive to learn, grow, and create something special.

You’ll be part of a creative, passionate team that values flavour, presentation, and pride in every plate — from pub classics to seasonal specials and legendary Hungry Bear roasts.
