Our Clinical Director and Chief Executive Officer, Glenn brings decades of experience in health and social care, having started his career at just 17.

A registered mental health nurse since 2001, Glenn has held roles including charity director, nursing expert medico-legal witness, and chair of the NMC Test of Competence Assurance Advisory Group. His background spans tissue viability, nutrition nursing, patient safety, and advanced practice in Primary Care.

He’s passionate about raising standards in healthcare and supporting our Island community through expert, compassionate care.
