Deposit Policy Update
Due to getting very late cancellations nearly every day atm I need to change my cancellation policy.

A £10 deposit is now required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your total on the day. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

If you wish to pay for your booking in advance as many of my clients do please send me a text and I’ll send a payment request.

Please remember to give me as much notice as you can to re-schedule your appointment, if you are poorly a few days before it’s probably unlikely you will be able to attend and it’s best to change to the following week so you can enjoy the treatment and I don’t get ill 😷

Thank you so much for understanding, between now and Christmas is my busiest time of year and my treatments at times can be 90 or 120 minutes long, 2 cancelling in one day can mean I have over 3/4 hour gaps in my day, cancelling the same day means I have no chance to fill these slots.

Oh dear it definitely feels like the sickness bugs and colds are everywhere at the moment.
Just a reminder to get in touch to re-schedule your appointment as soon as you start feeling poorly. My treatments are not suitable when you are ill as they are very close contact and as many know I also care for my mum so please never worry about texting even if it’s the same day.

If your looking for an appointment it’s always a good idea to keep checking because this time of year I do have same day cancellations and also have a wait list on my diary so I can text you if I get a cancellation in🍂

This week I have Thursday and Friday morning appointments only and for those who didn’t know I’m also back working on a Sunday✨
