Springs Health Club at Coldra Court Hotel Here at Springs, we are not just a gym we are a community & a lifestyle.

Whether your aim is to work out or chill out, at Springs Health Club you'll find everything you need to relax and unwind. Why not start the morning with a swim in our 18 metre pool and rejuvenate in the sauna and steam room? Or burn off some energy with a work out on the wide range of modern cardio equipment in our gym. Facilities include:
18 metre swimming pool
Sauna, steam room and spa bath
Fully air-conditioned gym equipped with weight and cable machines, cardiovascular and resistance equipment
Complimentary towel on each visit

We’re delighted to now have three personal trainers at Springs who are fully qualified in pre- and postnatal training.

If you need guidance on safe and effective exercise before, during, or after pregnancy, we offer personalised 1-to-1 training and expert advice.

🔹 MEMBERS
Please book your sessions via the app and sign in at the front desk.
This applies to both children and guest passes.
Having issues? Call or email us we’re happy to help!

🔹 PAYING GUESTS
All sessions must be pre-booked.
No walk-ins will be accepted.
Each session is limited to 90 minutes.
Please note: sessions may be fully booked when the hotel is at capacity or during private events.
POOL & GYM ACCESS (After 6:00 PM)
Members & Hotel guests only after 6:00 PM.

🔹 HOTEL GUESTS
Pool and spa sessions at The Springs Health Club can be booked upon arrival.
You will receive an email with booking details on your arrival day.

Alternatively:
Ask our reception teams
Or scan the QR codes in your room to book.
Each guest is entitled to one 45-minute swim session per day.

Please note some times may be busier due to swim lessons.

❗ IMPORTANT NOTES

🛑 POOL CLOSURES – AQUA CLASSES
During the following times, the pool will be closed for scheduled Aqua classes:

Monday: 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
Please allow a 15-minute changeover period after each class.

🧒 CHILDREN & SUPERVISION
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool.
Please check our website for the child-to-adult supervision ratio.

🚫 AGE POLICY
Access to the gym, sauna, steam room, and spa pool is strictly for guests aged 16 and over.

🚫 Behaviour Policy

Inappropriate behaviour toward staff and the club will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave the premises.

Just a quick reminder for anyone who may have missed our previous emails:

Tomorrow, 23rd October 2025, the changing rooms will be temporarily swapped to allow essential maintenance work in the women’s changing area.

The men’s changing room will be used by women
The women’s changing room will be used by men

This arrangement will be in place for one day only, and everything will return to normal on 24th October.

With a background in Strength and Conditioning and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and practical experience to every session. Outside the gym, I play netball at a high level, which has taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Values I aim to pass on to all my clients.

I became a personal trainer because I love seeing people progress, build confidence, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of. I bring a driven approach to my coaching and make sure you get the most out of each session as well as pushing towards your tailored target.

This 30-minute, high-energy session is perfect for everyone whether you’re new to training or looking to push your limits.

Our PTs tailor each workout to suit your fitness level and any injuries, so you’ll get a session that works for you. (Please let all instructors know if any new or old injuries before the class) as some injuries might not be safe.
