Based in bustling Newport, Carewatch CSN have a wide reach across the entire Isle of Wight, providing an excellent standard of care to those in need. Established more than 12 years ago, our ethos has always been to look after our clients in the same way we would like our family members cared for and this has seen our business grow and flourish. Behind every successful business are the people who make it work, in our case our professional and dedicated team of Carer’s who receive ongoing training throughout their careers and excellent rates of pay. As we offer flexible working hours and both full and part time roles, we are fortunate that our positions are open to all who feel they have something to give in this rewarding role which makes an enormous difference to the everyday lives of those who are vulnerable. Having received a CQC rating of ‘GOOD’ we are constantly striving to ensure our standards are maintained and improved upon and a vital element in this is forming excellent relationships with the Carer’s we employ. This ensures that those who join us, remain with us, which in turn allows us to provide continuity of care for those who use our services. As we cover the entire Isle of Wight, our only stipulation is that our Carer’s do need to be mobile, but we always endeavour to allocate Carer’s specific areas so that less time is spent driving and more time delivering care.
