Reggie’s story is one that truly pulled at all of our hearts 💛🐐

At just two weeks old, Reggie became desperately unwell with meningitis.
There was a moment we genuinely didn’t think he would make it.
He was weak, unable to stand, and his little body was fighting harder than any baby goat ever should.

Charmaine, Dan and the kids brought him home, turning their lives upside down for 6–7 weeks of pure dedication —
✨ round-the-clock feeds
✨ physio-style support
✨ constant warmth, comfort and care
✨ helping him learn to walk again, step by tiny step

There were nights we held our breath, unsure what the morning would bring.
But Reggie… Reggie chose to fight.

And now this brave little soul is back in the field, reunited with his brother Ronnie and his mum Winnie — running, playing, and proving just how strong he really is.

It’s wet, windy and seriously mucky up on the farm today 🌬️🌧️
The goats have taken shelter in their hut — and honestly, we don’t blame them! 🐐💛

Our Men’s Winter Reset Retreat (hosted by Three Rivers Wellbeing) returns this January — a weekend of breathwork, cold water therapy, grounding, drumming circles and inner child healing, all held in nature.

At Three Rivers, community means everything — and stories like Jake’s remind us why we do what we do 💛🌿

Jake is one of the incredible members of our Three Rivers Wellbeing Centre, showing up for himself through running, breathwork and cold-water therapy during one of the toughest chapters of his life.

He’s now training for the Brighton Marathon in memory of his dad, raising funds and awareness for Pancreatic Cancer UK 💜

We’re proud to stand behind him, and proud that our wellbeing work continues to support real people in real moments.
