Over the past month I’ve been diving deeper into something I’ve wanted to study for a long time… sports psychology 🌊🧠
I started a course in January and it’s been such an eye‑opening experience already. It’s helping me build on my background in surf confidence, psychotherapy and mental wellbeing, while learning how to better support competition surfers and athletes who want to perform at their best.
I’ve loved exploring all of the factors that influence an individuals performance, and it’s really expanding how I can serve the surf and sports community.
I’m currently working with an amazing athlete as my case study, supporting them in the lead‑up to competition, and I’m opening up a limited number of 1:1 sports psychology support sessions at a discounted rate while I’m starting out in this space.
