6 week mum & baby yoga course starts May 4th.
Every Monday at 10am
"A gentle, slow vinyasa class aimed at mumma’s returning to, or beginning their practice after having a baby. This class focuses on you as a mum. Developing flexibility, building strength, easing tension, and just generally inviting some movement back into the body in a gentle and supportive way. Stretch, strengthen, rest, or simply be with your baby, depending on what you need that day. This is a safe space to meet other new parents, in a supportive environment, spend time with your little one and take care of yourself at the same time.
Babies up to pre walking welcome. Mums welcome from 6 weeks postpartum, as soon as you’ve been given the all clear from your GP. Please check with your midwife or GP if you have any concerns about beginning a yoga practice.”
