Hi all
I'm sorry to say that due to a family issue I need to take a break from children's Yoga Shiva Nansledan , at least until after Christmas. Thank you to everyone who has attended classes over the last couple of months, I've loved meeting all the new little Yogies. Take care for now, Tracy

Tots enjoying a game of yoga toga and mirror mirror 'following the other person's moves as the transition through their chose Yoga poses'. We also spent some time on a mindful activity, recognising what nakes us awesome and building an awesome friend. As we get older we find it harder to accept compliments, we worry about what people think, and we struggle to say positive things about our selves.

This activity encourages Yogis to not just recognise what makes them amazing but believe it, because if we don't believe it how do we expect other people to believe it. So the next time someone says 'what do you want a medal, say YES I do'...

An old favourite that encourages children to be mindful, drawing on each others back and concentrating to guess what it could be. We did some synchronised breathing back to back and played a fun yoga game, keeling the balloons in the air and when the music stops completing the pose on the balloon. Finishing of with a calming mindful story.
