4Motion is a community interest company on a social mission to help you stay moving, socially connected and feeling great. We do this by delivering accessible, inclusive, impactful and fun classes, workshops, retreats and projects. Take a sneaky peak below at some of our offerings:

* HATCH
A friendly, supportive & fun project for 10-16 years, aiming to support young people who maybe struggling with their mental health. Let's HATCH a feel good plan together.

* EVOLVE
Move~ Make friends~ Have fun. Weekly dance, fitness and yoga classes for 7-12 year olds.

* BOOST
A social wellness programme for adults currently unemployed and struggling with their mental and physical health.

* ACTIVATE
A school holiday programme for 6-12 years, running over Christmas, Easter and the summer holidays. Free places available for Free School Meals.

* THIS GIRL CAN
A social and inclusive group for young people who identify as female; a place to move, make friends and have fun.

* TIME FOR TEA
A wellbeing programme for care home residents or for those living alone or in isolation. We are on a mission to combat loneliness through delivering gentle exercises and friendly chats over a cuppa!

*4MOTION ONLINE COMMUNITY
20+ weekly online classes for all ages, abilities and experiences. We have Wake Up Workout classes, Sunrise Yoga, Sunset Meditation, Wellbeing Workshops and Family Fitness and Family Yoga. Come join our friendly community and stay moving from the comfort of your home.

* VOLUNTEERING & WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES
We offer training, support and network opportunities through our 4Motion Community Connectors Programme, all ages and experiences welcome.

* YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
We believe in investing in young people to help them become positive change makers, young leaders who are going to create a safe, vibrant and creative future. We deliver a bespoke wellbeing and active leadership programme for 12-18 years.

20th year | New Intentions | Community Mission

As we step into 2026, we want to send a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team & YOU, our wonderful community - THANK YOU💛. 2025 was a year of connection, creativity & learning, & now we’re heading into 2026 with renewed energy, clarity & excitement.

💥 2025 highlights
• Over 30 online wellbeing classes a month (yoga, meditation, wake-up workouts)
• LISTEN UP youth consultation project with 300+ young people
• Wholesome Wellbeing Day Retreats
• Plant-based catering collaborations
• Creative workshops at festivals & community events
• Summer youth projects
• Positive partnerships with schools, freelancers & organisations
• A year of training in youth mental health, autism & LD awareness, Parkinson’s & intergenerational community work
• Successful funding from NHS Peninsula Cancer Alliance — launching our cancer-focused community outreach very soon 👀

2025 also marked a year since moving on from our Studio & Café, giving us space to reflect on 19-years of 4Motion. There were tears, honest conversations & moments of letting go — helping us reconnect with what matters most & decide how we move forward with integrity & positive impact.

🎂 Hello 2026 — our 20th year!
In November, 4Motion turns 20 & we’re ready to celebrate with lots of dancing, yoga, time in nature, deep connection & plenty of plant-based food 🌱. We’re also setting a bold goal for the next decade:

👉 To positively impact 1-million people by 2036, helping people MEET – EAT – MOVE – REPEAT.

💪🏼 Big thanks to some of our online Wake Up Workout crew who wonderfully captured their thoughts about the positive impact WUWO has had on their life.

👆🏻Now this is how we like to kick start the day - moving to awesome tuuunnnes, jumping around to wake up the body and mind, and share smiles with our super friendly community - this is our WAKE UP WORKOUT!

We literally roll out of bed at 6:30am (some at 6:44am!!😂), throw on our kit, log onto zoom and get ready to be motivated and lead by our two fab WUWO teachers - Caitlin and Becky . In just 30-minutes the body feels alive, the brain alert ready for the day and we’ve ticked the ‘workout-for-the-day’ box ✅ - BOOM!💥

There is something for everyone and modifications for all levels of fitness, so come join our lovely 4Motion Online Community for these two fun filled work out sessions. Everyone is welcome🙏🏻.

🙆‍♂️ Hands up who’s keen for some dance and Samba band class action?

💥 This fun flashback to our Zombie crawl collab with the awesome has sparked some exciting convo’s about running regular dance and Samba band classes. Think fun, upbeat dance routines, accessible for everyone with the most infectious, uplifting rhythms of the Samba band.

We’re aiming to launch in January, hosting monthly workshops for all the community. Give us a 🙌🏼 if you’re keen to join the fun.

🧟‍♀️ NEWQUAY ZOMBIE CRAWL 🧟‍♂️
Saturday 25th October

WOW WEEEE, whata day to dance like a Zombie, non-stop for 45-mins, through our Newquay home town, alongside the most incredible artists, musicians and event organisers. NEWQUAY - you…are…awesome 🙌🏼.

We loved connecting with the community at our pop up dance workshops around town, and then to top off the zombie icing on the cake, we got to dance to the live rhythms of the brilliant throughout the whole zombie crawl. Watch this space for some exciting samba/dance collabs coming soon!

🎃 HALF TERM HALLOWEEN WORKSHOPS 👻

💥 Boom - here it is, half term workshop info right here! If you have a mini halloween enthusiast aged 5-11, then we’d LOVE to welcome them to our halloween inspired workshops. Grab your diary, book them in and we’ll see you at the wonderful on Wednesday 29th October.

🎃 Spooktacular Halloween Workshop 👻
10-1pm | Ages 5–7

Join us for a magical Halloween-themed workshop filled with dance, creative yoga, spooky crafts, and a tasty round-table lunch to connect, make friends, and share stories together as a community.

Expect giggles, movement and plenty of imaginative play as we celebrate the season in a safe, supportive, and creative space. We’ll also head outdoors (weather permitting!) for a spooky nature hunt adventure around the Orchard, exploring the sights, sounds and colours of autumn in this beautiful space.

🎃 Halloween Move & Create Workshop 👻
12–3pm | Ages 8–11

Join us this half term for a fun afternoon of dance, yoga, creative crafts and wellbeing games — designed to help young people check in with themselves, express their creativity and connect with others. We’ll also explore the beautiful Newquay Orchard and share a round-table lunch (12pm), offering space to relax, chat and build new friendships.

This workshop blends movement, creativity and connection — supporting confidence, wellbeing and self-expression in a fun, Halloween-inspired setting.

All our workshops are held in an accessible and inclusive environment — designed for all children to join in, move freely, and have fun.

🔸 INVESTMENT
£25 per young person, including all activities and lunch.

Get ready to move, groove and crawl like a real life Zombie! Join us for a FREE fun-filled dance workshop in partnership with the amazing Newquay Samba Band, taking place on Thursday 23rd October, 7:15-8:15pm .

🥁 You’ll learn fun, Halloween-inspired dance moves to the live beats of the Samba drums — a thrilling way to get in the spooky spirit and prepare for the legendary Newquay Zombie Crawl happening Saturday 25th October at 3pm. We invite everyone who attends this workshop to join us at the Newquay Zombie Crawl on Saturday 25th October, 3-4pm. We will meet at Newquay Train Station at 2:45pm.

😎 “MAKES US WANNA GO…”

💛 WE LOVE NEWQUAY!

Wow, what an amazing way to enjoy a sunny Saturday - CREATIVE, COMMUNITY, CONNECTION vibes in full flow 🙏🏻.

It was a joy to kick start the dance workshops and share our BIG Movement Project with our local community and the brilliant young people and families who got involved. BIG thanks to everyone who danced joyfully and shared the sunshine smiles with us and to Miss Mo for sharing the stage to support the young people 😎.

It was great to see our fellow dancing friends at and perform their high energy and fun performances with their brilliant young dancers. And then what a treat it was to groove along to the infection rhythm’s of the and then to enjoy the wildly fun surf inspired performance ‘Wipe Out’ by the brilliant team . 🙌🏼 YES to the creative energy that united the community.

A BIG shout out of thanks to the team for the invitation to be part of this special event and for making the event happen, and to and wider supporters for helping bring Newquay to life with laughter, positive energy and real community spirit.

As we recover from such an epic day, we are rehearsing our plans and building momentum for our next event this weekend . Come find us in the Zen Den Saturday 2-3pm, for more BIG Movement action!
