Hello everyone.
As many of you will already be aware, Jody Knowles who ran this page and business sadly passed away.
As her husband, I saw how devoted Jody was to understanding our bodies reaction to diet and what we put into our bodies is where the true healing begins.
This was Jody’s legacy.
Her knowledge was extensive and she passed on a great deal of wisdom to me through her study of diet, nutrition and supplements.
I have recently trained in food intolerance/sensitivity testing, and continue to study nutrition for allergies and intolerances.

I will be offering a discounted price of £30 per food intolerance test for the remainder of January and throughout February.
If you are suffering with digestive issues, IBS, catarrh, fatigue, headaches, skin problems, insomnia….. the list of symptoms is endless as the body is complex.

Welcome to all of the people that have liked my page recently 👋🏻

I’ve had a lot of enquiries about how the test works so thought I’d explain...
Below is the machine I use and it measures resistance in the body to pinpoint the foods that are causing weakness and therefore digestive/health problems. It works along the same principal as kinesiology.
I test for 82 different substances (food/drink/e-numbers etc) as well as 25 vitamin/mineral deficiencies.
The test involves you holding a metal rod while I run a metal pen over one of your fingers, it takes 30-40 minutes and the results are immediate.

I’m working all through the summer holidays, mainly Saturdays but I’m also available on some weekdays, so get in contact if you’d like to book a test with me...

£40 for adults
£35 for children 5 and over
£20 for children under 5 (I can test babies as soon as they are on to solid food)

I have a card machine so I accept cash or card payments 😊

I will mainly be working Saturdays, but can take bookings for Tuesdays if you can’t make a weekend appointment.

Following on from government guidelines, I will be reopening on the 12th April 👏🏻
I’m not taking bookings yet, in case it doesn’t happen, but as soon as I feel confident then I will post on this page to say I am taking bookings again.

I’ve been waiting to hear about restrictions before posting but I’m happy to say I’m still able to work, for now 🙏 so I’ll be working every Saturday but can also take bookings on a weekday if you’re unable to make a weekend 😊
