A little educational post on hormone health. 🚥
During peri and post menopause our symptoms /change, they may be intermittent , gradual or hit you like a bus and if you're lucky - mild and insignificant 😅

We all talk about oestrogen however we have 3 main hormones that regulate our bodies. Oestrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone. Getting these levels right is crucial to our everyday wellbeing.
