🥊🎉 What an incredible Sunday afternoon celebrating our 4th annual party for the Parky Blinders Boxing Project! 🎉🥊

We kicked things off where it all happens in the boxing gym 💪 with a solid training session that brought everyone together in true Parky Blinders style.

After putting in the work, we stayed on to celebrate everything we’ve achieved over the past year. From laughter to shared stories, it was a perfect reminder of what this project is all about, strength, resilience, and an amazing community. 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey so far. Whether you’ve trained, volunteered, cheered us on, or simply believed in what we do, you are part of this family.

Here’s to 4 years of fighting back, lifting each other up, and building something powerful together and to many more rounds ahead! 🥊💪

🥊 Parky Blinders Boxing – Session 2 in Truro! 🥊

What an incredible second session at our new Truro location! We had 11 participants join us, including an amazing 9 brand new members – the energy in the room was fantastic 🙌

It’s inspiring to see so many people getting involved and supporting each other, and taking part in something so positive. The determination, smiles, and team spirit made this session truly special 💙

We’re only just getting started in Truro, and it’s already building into something brilliant. If you’ve been thinking about coming along, now’s the perfect time to get involved!

Over 60 people gathered at Carn Brea Leisure Centre Trust this week for the 7th Connect & Conquer partnership event, organised especially for people in Cornwall living with Parkinson’s.

Members of the Parky Blinders coaching team were proud to attend alongside the wider Parkinson’s community, joining a fantastic day. The event, delivered in partnership with Active Cornwall, highlighted just how powerful physical activity can be for people managing Parkinson’s and showcased the wide range of inclusive, accessible activities available across Cornwall.

These award-winning events continue to grow in popularity, bringing people together not just to try new exercises and activities, but to share experiences, encouragement and community spirit. For many attending, it’s an opportunity to meet others on a similar journey, build confidence and discover ways to stay active and well.

The Parky Blinders loved being part of such a positive and supportive atmosphere and look forward to future events that continue to strengthen the Parkinson’s community across Cornwall. 💙💪
