Welcome back to Registered Manager Jude! We’re absolutely thrilled Jude is returning to the team!

Here’s what she had to say about her journey:

“Since leaving Greenlight in 2023, I’ve been in full mum-mode after having my little boy, who’s now 2 and a half! During my time away, I tried out a few different paths from being a multisite Registered Manager, to studying childhood education for a year, and most recently stepping into assessing for Health & Social Care Levels 4 and 5. I enjoyed each role, but none of them felt quite right. I decided to apply back to Greenlight to see if this is what I’d been missing. Walking into the interview, I instantly knew, this is where I’m meant to be. I’m so excited to be back somewhere that feels like home, to see all the positive changes, and to make a real difference in people’s lives with the best company!”
