A rare glimpse of space weather. Strong geomagnetic storms can sometimes push auroras farther south than usual, even as far as Cornwall.

A group of our managers attended our PBS team’s PBS workshop about Basic Behavioural Principles. In this interactive workshop the team covered a number of different areas including: PBS, behaviour, behaviours of concern, understanding the functions of behaviour and reinforcement. This workshop allows the managers to refine their skills and understanding of behaviour to help them to support their teams in implementing PBS plans for the people we support! Great work team 💚

We are proud to see our Managers and PBS Team members taking time out today to develop their skills with the Lead to Succeed training!
At Green Light, we believe that great support starts with great leadership. Here is what the team covered today:

✅ Coaching Skills: Learning how to better support and mentor our Support Workers.
✅ Leading with Confidence: Understanding how to maintain our high quality standards and “Good” CQC ratings

Our managers, many of whom started as Support Workers themselves, know how important it is to keep learning so they can support you to be your best.
