Markethill Festival 2026 official finalists! 👀👀👀

Well, we had a meeting a few weeks back. We sat together and each brought up proposed charities we would possibly like to support for 2026. There were so many lovely and heartfelt choices and it was hard to choose so it went to a vote…

All monies raised in our events for 2026 will be split evenly between- and

Our future Open Garden host may also pick a local charity of their choosing, if they wish, when the time comes ❤️

Each one of these charities supports local folks here in Northern Ireland and over time I’ll pop up a few posts to show you the impact they have here ❤️

🚨 We want you! 🚨

Could you be our Open Garden host for 2026? We are on the lookout for a gracious host for our next big event next summer.
Our hosts from previous years have raised incredible funds for local and chosen charities with our most recent hosts Dale & Lorraine Hawthorne choosing to support alongside our 2025 charities!

Music, entertainment from local talent, delicious scones & traybakes from local businesses, stalls and this year we even had a massage bed with complimentary massages! It’s an event you don’t want to miss each year it just gets better & better but we can’t do it without you 💕

If you are interested please get in touch or tag someone below you would like to nominate!
💚 Ideally we would like a garden within 5-7 mile radius of Markethill.

We have all been there, so who better to ask than the people who have walked the path before you. Supporting those in any part of their journey is what we are so passionate about. Please note, once anyone becomes a member of breast mates they will be added to our closed private group. 🩷please share this post if anyone you know is going through breast cancer, there is help out there.🩷
