Was brilliant to have Scott Wallace down on Saturday evening for a bit of dinner and then done sum work on his forearms for him. Scott has a very manual job installing stoves and spends alot of his time with a kango hammer.
People that think sports therapy/massage is just for people that do sport, couldn't be more wrong, deep tissue massage is/can be a massive help to anyone with either a manual job or if you are sitting all day at a laptop.

So if your feeling tight, stiff, stressed out, not sleeping the best sports therapy could be a huge help inn your day to day life.
