Over the past 10 years I have attended many courses on this subject. In my experience fertility reflexology can help a number of people. Fertility reflexology looks at the clients cycle, lifestyle, diet and nutrition and medical history in detail. These are all factors in what might be causing you to not be able to conceive yet.

When I first heard of self care I thought it was just about looking after yourself on the outside, having your hair and makeup on etc. Self care to me now is more about looking after myself on the inside, understanding my emotions and feelings being gentle on myself. Spending a little time each day to meditate and connect with the inner me, being careful not to judge or criticise myself. Just a short time each day to look after your inner self will make a big difference on all areas of your life.
