Today we celebrate Mother’s Day in all its forms 💛

To the mums holding their little ones a little tighter today, and especially to those celebrating their very first Mother’s Day this day is for you.
Your journey to motherhood may have been long, winding, and filled with hope, strength, and love and I've loved every minute of watching you all grow ❤️

But today we also hold space for those who are still waiting for their little star in the sky ✨️
For the women walking the fertility journey, hoping, dreaming, and believing that their day will come. You are seen, you are supported, and you are never alone on this path ❤️

Mother’s Day can hold many emotions, and every feeling that comes with it is valid. However you are spending today, please be gentle with yourself.

International Women’s Day isn’t just about celebrating strong women.

It’s about recognizing the women who had to become strong.

The mothers raising children while healing parts of themselves.
The women breaking cycles no one else in their family broke.
The ones learning boundaries, self-respect, and peace later than they should have had to.

There are women out there doing the quiet work of healing.

And that kind of strength changes generations.

Hello March ✨️💐

I am super excited for this wonderful March there Is lots happening

I'm preparing for my exams which is stressful but it means the end goal is getting closer 🙌

I'm teaching a new class this Month
Mat pilates 👌
This class is suitable for absolutely everyone, beginners and advanced
Men, women and teens all welcome
Babies are welcome too
This class will be core focused, lots of core and back strengthing and increased flexibility
Every Saturday morning in March 9am

I'll also be covering some of Lisa's classes, so excited to be teaching yoga for all and yin yoga this month.
