First marathon completed ✅

We helped multiple runners this year, and in years past, get over their running injuries and make it to the start line of a marathon.

They are some of the most rewarding rehab projects that we work on. Supporting clients that have big ambitions and a strong mindset to achieve their goals

This year it was nice to test myself and put some skin in the game. See if I could also walk the walk 🚶‍♂️

Really enjoyable training journey from start to finish. Lots of lesson learned and excited to keep pushing on from here 📈

Love getting feedback from our post op patients.
Geraldine made a great recovery following her knee replacement.
