Happy International Nurses Day 🩺
The title ‘Nurse’ will now be protected In law. The title ‘Registered Nurse’ is protected. But (more importantly) ‘Nurse’ was not protected.
Nurses are highly skilled, educated and trusted health professionals. Patients need to know they are genuinely being seen by a qualified nurse.
This keeps patients safe and respect for the profession!
