We, the family of the late Lilian Downey (nee Ramsey), would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us on the recent loss of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.

Thank you to all who sent messages of condolence, mass cards, attended the wake and funeral and sent beautiful floral tributes.

We wish to thank Dr Giby and the team at Meigh Surgery for the amazing care and treatment given to Mum over the last number of years.
Thanks to Richard Garvey and the staff at Meigh Pharmacy and to the entire Enable Care Services team for your great care and support. Special thanks to Martin, Caroline, Perpetua and all those who cared for Mum in any way.

Thanks to Fr. Clyne & Fr. Naughton for celebrating a very fitting funeral mass, Andrea Delaney and Danny McGreevy for the beautiful music and Eamon Murphy (EM Media) for recording the requiem mass.

Thanks to McGennity Funeral Directors who provided support and conducted the funeral arrangements with great dignity and professionalism.

Finally, we wish to express our sincere gratitude to the many extended family members, friends and all those who visited and spent time with Mum over the years, it was greatly appreciated.

Acknowledgement from Malachy, Fiona and Shea of the late Gerry O’Meara - R.I.P.

We wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who offered their sympathy and supported us during our recent bereavement.

We are very grateful to our wider family, friends and visitors who brought food, helped out, attended the wake and funeral and also donated to Evora Hospice.

We wish to thank Ann’s Home Care, the district nurses, Macmillan, Cornmarket Surgery, Meigh Pharmacy and Evora Hospice, all of whom provided wonderful support and care during Gerry’s illness.

A special thanks to family and lifelong friends of Gerry who continued to visit him both at home and in Evora Hospice and to the I.N.F. for the guard of honour.

To Fr. Seamus for his pastoral care and celebrating the funeral mass and thanks also to the organist, singer and Eucharistic ministers.

To the Flagstaff Lodge for the lovely meal after the funeral.

To McGennity Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner with which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

Patrick’s parents Thomas and Helena, brother Thomas, sisters Michelle, Deirdre and Louise would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.

Thank you to all who attended the wake and funeral, friends and neighbours who expressed their condolences at this very difficult time.

We wish to thank the staff of Bluestone, Craigavon Hospital for their care and kindness to Patrick during his time with them.

Thank you to Fr Naughton for celebrating the Requiem Mass and to Kerrie Kennedy for the lovely music at the mass. Beloved wife of the late Peadar, loving mother of Nessa (Angus), Maeve (Johnny) and the late Maura (Sandra), devoted granny to Ava, Paídí, Caoimhe and Rían, dear sister of Maura, predeceased by her brothers Francis and Noel.

Margaret’s remains are reposing at her late residence until removal on Wednesday morning (12th November) at 11.30am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Cloughoge. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Requiem Mass will be live-streamed on the Upper Killeavy Parish website.

Predeceased by his beloved wife, Margaret, and remembered with love by his devoted daughter Philomena, grandson Ciaran, son-in-law John and brother-in-law Sammy.

John’s remains will repose at his daughter Philomena’s home, 6 Glen Hill, Dublin Road, Newry on Saturday and Sunday. Removal on Monday morning (10th November) at 11.30am arriving for Requiem mass at 12pm in Church of the Assumption, Drumalane. Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Dowdallshill, Dundalk.

Devoted wife of the late Tom, beloved daughter of the late Martin and Maggie McDonagh, adoring mother of Martin, Paddy, Margaret, Biddy and Eileen, also the late Brian, Tom, John, Gerard, Mary and Maggie.

Molly's remains will repose at McGennity's Funeral Home (18 Forkhill Road, Newry) today (Thursday) from 2-6pm and tomorrow (Friday) from 2-5pm when her remains will be brought to The Church of the Assumption, Drumalane, to repose overnight. Her Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday in The Church of the Assumption, followed by burial afterwards in Cloughoge cemetery.

Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Acknowledgement from the family of the late Patrick (Paddy) McGenity– R.I.P.

We, the wife ,son, daughter and sister of the late Paddy McGenity Ballynamadda Road Drumintee; wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who offered their sympathy and supported us during the recent bereavement of our dear husband and father.

We are very grateful to our wider family, friends and neighbours who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, brought food and sent flowers and who attended the wake and funeral. Your presence meant a lot and was very much appreciated.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Paramedics and staff of Craigavon Area Hospital who cared for Paddy in his final hours and for their support, professionalism and empathy. Also to Dr Giby and staff for his care and support and also to Meigh pharmacy.
Thank you to the carers and district nursing team for their support.

A special word of thanks to Fr Seamus White and Deacon George who celebrated the funeral mass.
